SAY NO TO AKADEMI FAILURE

AF6 is AGAIN gonna interfere with my Premier League watching. I am so gonna be pissed. Last year they started early because of their preparation for their 50th Independence Day, but they will also gonna start early this time, WHY?!

All of the first 4 seasons start RIGHT after the football finishes. Why can't the new people behind this get in their heads that you have to wait for it to end?

The singers are getting lamer and lamer and lamer each year with their catchphrases. YOU DON'T NEED THEM TO BE FAMOUS, DAMMIT. It's annoying. It's to the point of making them look like attention whores. Wait, they already are.

And we Bruneians can't vote for you. So stup concatenating our country's name with yours even if we watch it. Just go campaign in your own country. You'll still be famous here anyway, and those DST-funded trips will come along too. But we can't vote so stop saying "Malaysia-Brunei" as if we're one entity.

Well, fortunately I already asked my mom about it and due to her fandom of Korean stuff these days she won't be watching. Phew.

Games

So yesterday morning I was thinking, this FIFA Manager game is wasting my working time, and I've been playing it since early last month so I exported my save game and uninstalled it, with an "easy excuse" of freeing up my disk space. It took up 4GB, 3.4GB + 600MB for save files. Of course the "hard" excuse was to make me work.

SO WHY THE HECK DID I INSTALL PRINCESS CONCERTO (4.6GB) LAST NIGHT ADFSAGSDSGHFJDJ

Another SRPG, by Broccoli, the company who gave you Di Gi Charat. The hero is so damn handsome. If I was a princess I'd hit him...

Fortunately the game looks to be short but lots of replay value. And I chose the right princess to date the first time because she's green (fairy princess Shario) and hawt even if she's tsundere. Archer too, ranged-attack chars in SRPG = win.

So... I need another excuse to stop me playing this, but I can't find any .---------.

Please pledge!

As my guise as the Green Wanderer, it comes as no surprise that I also do environmental things to live up to my name in another interpretation of the colour.

  • Switching the tap off while brushing

  • Doing "rounds" in my old hostel after curfew, to switch the lights off

  • Cleaning up places in my spare time, such as classrooms or hallways

  • Sleeping with the lights off

So now, I want you to do the same thing and pledge for your country in the Greatest Race on Earth. StanChart has put up $1m to the top 3 countries with the highest number of pledges per capita. Brunei is first right now, but the rest are catching up so hurry! Make your pledge now. The money will be used to fund ongoing and future environmental projects in Brunei.

Please keep Brunei green.

From,
Your superhero that couldn't doesn't drive polluting automobiles,
Green Wanderer.

Another reason to feel down about

So tonight, for how many times I dunno, my sis and bro are both gonna go out for a movie with their friends and socialise again.

I wonder why I feel so pathetic - I mean, I don't hate it but I'm also not particularly fond of nights out with friends - I mean, my feet's not that itchy. And furthermore I don't even watch movies. So why am I not content?

I dunno where my mom stands on this. My mom, like many soccer moms, doesn't like their kids to go out all night - but at the same time she's going like, "why don't you go out and drive and take your friends along or something" and all. I begin to wonder if my claims of being raised antisocial are really valid, since my bro and sis are really social people. Or perhaps I was raised differently.

Now 23 and having absolutely no real physical friends, having stayed away from the ones I had for too long, and not wanting to be too close to the ones I have now, I can see my future social life, as well as everything else about my future, hitting a brick wall.
