苦手（にがて）

The word for 'weak' that you described is 下手(へた）. You call an inept person 下手 not 苦手.
This 'weak' in 苦手 means a weakness in relation-wise. It means I am not used to be with a few people in the class. Nda biasa, if you want to put it in Malay.
I don't openly blast people and call them stupid in any form of my doing, let alone call myself superior with no proof.
